Holiday Hours!

With the holidays coming up, I’ll be taking a bit of extra time to rest and recharge. Here’s what my schedule will look like:

December 13–19: Limited hours (I’ll be away visiting family this week, so my schedule will be a little tighter than usual. Online booking will be turned off, but if you’re hoping to connect, please feel free to send me an email and I’ll do my best to find a time. Availability will be reserved for more time-sensitive needs.)

December 24, 25, 26, 31 & January 1: No sessions available on these dates.

I will continue to monitor my email periodically during this time, though responses may be a little slower than usual. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for immediate support.

I’m so grateful for the work we’re doing together, and I’m looking forward to continuing sessions around these dates and into the new year. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. Wishing you a season filled with rest, warmth, and moments of peace.
